Pons Piquillo Peppers are incomparable in taste with an aroma reminiscent of the wood-burning ovens in which they are roasted. They are carefully hand peeled and are extremely attractive as they are left whole and are a bright red color. Only their own natural juice is used and under no circumstance are water or chemical solutions used in their preparation.
