True Spanish piquillo peppers are prized the world over and none more so than those grown in the Lodosa region of Spain. Pons Piquillo Peppers are incomparable in taste with an aroma reminiscent of the wood-burning ovens in which they are roasted. They are carefully hand peeled and are extremely attractive as they are left whole and are a bright red color. Only their own natural juice is used and under no circumstance are water or chemical solutions used in their preparation.
Between 3 and 5 mm in size these capers are the smallest option for Capers. Very rare and highly valued these Lilliput capers have a distinctive taste that can heighten any dish.
